Crave is built on warm mountain style and the bold flavours Alberta is known for. After a full renovation, the restaurant returns with a fresh energy and a focus on food that encourages connection. Our ingredients come from farmers and producers across the province, and every dish is prepared with care by a team that loves what they do.
We also look forward to welcoming guests to our new specialty buffet nights. These evenings highlight seasonal ingredients and regional favourites, offering a relaxed and generous way to share a great meal with friends and family.

About our Chef
Santosh Sahoo - Executive Chef
Santosh is a certified Chef de Cuisine and brings over 15 years of leadership/management experience in various food and beverage settings from Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Chef Sahoo is innovative, creative and current in culinary food styles, cuisines and trends. He is driven, passionate and a leader that is motivated to provide memorable culinary experiences for our guests.
Our collective goal is to provide a farm–to–fork approach to all of our menus, and to pass similar culinary values on to future generations.
